How can I become a sponsor or volunteer? Please email Ashley, Patricia, or Stephanie directly (or contact one of us via Facebook). We'll be glad to help! Sponsors and volunteers are extremely appreciated and welcomed!!!

What payment methods will be available? Each author is completely different. Most authors will allow both cash and card- but to ensure you have the correct payment method, contact authors individually. If you're unable to do so, please contact one of us at BAE16 and we'll be glad to help find the answer.

Do I need to order tickets before the event? Ticket information to come.

Is there a fee for parking? Venue is undetermined at this time. This information will be updated.

How far is the venue from the official hotel? Both venue and hotel are undetermined at this time. Again, this information will be updated as soon as we know!
